Advance payments for cancelled bookings within the free cancellation window are refunded in full within 5-7 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

Non-Refundable Cases

No-shows and late cancellations outside the free window are not eligible for a refund, as outlined in our Cancellation Policy.
