Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation Window

Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 6 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made within 6 hours of pickup may incur a nominal cancellation fee to cover driver allocation costs.

No-Shows

If the passenger is unavailable at the pickup location for more than 30 minutes without prior notice, the trip may be marked as a no-show and charged in full.
